Oral history interview with Gloria Dixon conducted by Claytee D. White on May 2, 2022 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: A Collaborative Oral History Project. In this interview, Dixon recalls her childhood growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dixon attended St. Christopher and Bishop Gorman High School, and recalls her parents' involvement in the New Jerusalem Church. Dixon discusses writing grants to help with community education programs, and using her experience as a hospice nurse for the last thirty years to help communicate information about public health crises. Throughout the interview, Dixon shares information about the businesses in the Las Vegas Black community on Jackson Street.

Oral history interview with Leonard M. "Len" Jessup conducted by Claytee D. White on August 06, 2018 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Jessup discusses his family's Italian heritage, and growing up in San Francisco, California. He talks about attending California State University, Chico, doing research work for the University of Arizona, and becoming President of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Jessup describes working with Governor Brian Sandoval, developing the UNLV School of Medicine, and his educational philosophy. Lastly, Jessup talks about hosting a United States presidential debate at UNLV in 2016, the redesign of Maryland Parkway, and UNLV housing.

Oral history interview with Walter Casey conducted by Claytee D. White on November 15, 2004 and January 13, 2005 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Walter Casey discusses the history of Las Vegas, Nevada from 1951 with a business-related perspective. Topics that he discusses include: Paradise Valley before development; K-12 education before the creation of the Clark County School District; Chamber of Commerce; Las Vegas News Bureau; Live Wire Fund; the rise of corporate gaming; National Association of Manufacturers and lobbying. Casey then discusses the leisure activities that he would engage in including the Hualapai Club, as well as discussing the Southern Nevada Water Authority.

Oral history interview with Raymond Rawson conducted by Claytee D. White on October 30, 2009 and November 13, 2009 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview Raymond Rawson discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of ten in 1950. He also discusses his educational background, including the fact that he was a member of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas' first graduating class. He also talks about growing up in Las Vegas, his professional accomplishments, advocating for the creation of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, and about being a community leader.

Oral history interview with Steven Horsford conducted by Claytee D. White on August 19, 2011 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. Horsford begins by discussing his family's Trinidadian ancestry and how his family came to move to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1969. He describes living in the Berkley Square neighborhood, his education, and how he developed his interest in pursuing a career in politics. Horsford continues, discussing his grandmother, his children, and his experiences growing up in the African American community of Las Vegas. Other topics of discussion include his family traditions, his wife, and attending the University of Nevada, Reno.
