Bob Stupak appears as a contestant in this 1974 syndicated TV game show, "To Tell The Truth," where the celebrity panelists try to guess which one of the three contestants/participants is the person that has the world's largest payout slot machine, at a quarter-million dollars, at the ""Bob Stupak's World Famous Million-Dollar Historic Gambling Museum and Casino"" in Las Vegas. Video starts @:12 with intro of game show host Garry Moore. @:52 the celebrity panelists are introduced of: Bill Cullen; Peggy Cass; Gene Rayburn; and Kitty Carlisle. @1:48 the three contestants/participants are introduced, all claiming to be Bob Stupak. Video dropout @3:28, resumes @5:30. The real Bob Stupak revealed @12:21. The other two contestants/participants are identified as: Norman Rosner and Sal Richfield. @12:48 host Garry Moore speaks with Stupak. Segment concludes @13:41 . The rest of video consists of second half of To Tell The Truth with contestant Sammy Scott, whose notoriety was her witnessing the kidnap attempt of Princess Anne in the Spring of 1974; @28:38 closing credits. Arthur Sharpe Townsend was born to Winnie and James Townsend on November 8, 1923 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1947 and worked in gambling and security. He died on July 27, 1995 in Las Vegas.

Morris Kleinman was a part-owner of the Desert Inn hotel and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, along with his business partners Moe Dalitz and Ruby Kolod. Before Kleinman and Dalitz relocated in Vegas in 1949, they were members of the Mayfield Road Gang in Cleveland, Ohio.

On February 26, 1977, collector Joe Sant interviewed local Nevadan business owner, Robert D. Howell (born November 22nd, 1939 in Las Vegas, Nevada) in his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. This interview covers Las Vegas in the old days, from Mr. Howell’s personal experience of being born and raised in Nevada. During this interview, Mr. Howell also discusses the early above ground atomic tests, local environmental and social changes, the economic landscape, the Mormon Fort, religious beliefs, and local recreation. The interview concludes with discussion on air pollution.

On November 28, 1986, James Courtney interviewed Norman Christiansen (born 1931 in Red Lodge, Montana) about his experiences while living in Las Vegas, Nevada. Christiansen first describes his family and background before talking about moving to Las Vegas in 1956 after graduating college in Montana. Christiansen, who worked at the Nevada Test Site for two years and eventually became a teacher at various schools, talks about the various changes he has noticed over the years in Las Vegas, including those in climate, pollution, economy, occupation, and standard of living. Christiansen also discusses his political involvement, his hobbies, the advantages and disadvantages of living in Las Vegas, historical events in Las Vegas, and atomic testing in Nevada.

Interview with Judge Lee Gates conducted by Claytee D. White on December 5, 1996. Born in Louisiana, Gates moved to Las Vegas around 1960. Following high school, he attended UNLV, where he was a member of the Black Student Association and studied under professor Roosevelt Fitzgerald, who raised his awareness of black history. Gates participated in the civil rights movement and worked as a lawyer before becoming a judge. He discusses Jackson Street, Dr. Charles West, attorney Charles Kellar, and his own involvement with Ruby Duncan's group.
