Aaron Williams was born October 4, 1921 in Tatum, Texas and spent his early adult years in Detroit, Michigan working for the Chrysler Corporation. He joined the Army in 1940. Williams moved to Las Vegas from Detroit, Michigan, after serving in the military. He worked at the Nevada Test Site, then ran for local office in the City of North Las Vegas city council. He later was elected to the Clark County Commission.

The family lived at Nellis Air Force Base while Snavely completed his Barry Plan commitment to the military. Snavely and his wife raised their children in their Scotch 80s house.

Hiss careers spanned a number of occupations, from car dealerships to construction work.

Daniel Connell was born in November 1937 in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1954. He went to the military for two years, upon returning, he married his wife Linda and in 1973 settled in the Westleigh neighborhood of Ward 1. He eventually was hired by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to follow his father's footsteps in law enforcement.
