Resolution by Las Vegas Valley Water District to amend June 1, 1953 agreement, March 26, 1954
Resolution by the Las Vegas Valley Water District to amend part of their agreement between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company. The June 1, 1953 document stated that one of the conditions by which the agreement could be terminated was if the bonds were not sold by December 31, 1953. The franchise granted the water company would not need to be extended for them to take over the pipeline to the Industrial Unit No. 1. Letter has a date stamp from the L.A. & S.L. R.R. Co., Office of the Industrial Engineer, Los Angeles, Calif.
