The Adele Baratz papers mainly consist of photographs documenting Adele Baratz's life in Las Vegas, Nevada from the 1930s to 2010. An essay and list of names written by Baratz's brother, Charles Salton, document the early history of the Jewish community in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Thalia Dondero conducted by Claytee D. White on 2014 March 6 and April 2 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In her interview Dondero discusses community organizing in early Las Vegas, Nevada during the 1960s. Dondero also talks about her time in the state legislature.

Oral history interview with Raymonde Fiol conducted by Barbara Tabach on August 12, 2015 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Fiol discusses surviving the Holocaust and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2001. She also discusses her time serving as president of the Holocaust Survivors local organization since 2010, and making improvements on Holocaust education in local schools.
