Postal Clerks sign a labor agreement that clarifies working conditions in Las Vegas, Nevada. The agreement was made between the Post Office Department and Postal Clerks. From left to right, the individuals pictured include Dorothy McDougall, Don Waitman, George Maxwell (Postmaster), Ted Travers, Mae Leslie, and Jerry Moll (standing at right).
