The Junior League of Las Vegas Records (1940-2023) contain annual reports, fundraising information, training manuals, articles, minutes, photographs, scrapbooks, cookbooks, and other operational and working files that document the activities of the Junior League of Las Vegas (JLLV). Also included is documentation for advocacy projects the JLLV was involved with, such as Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), Safe Haven, the Ronald McDonald House, Read Aloud, and Literature Awareness Program for Children. Other records in this collection document JLLV's fundraising efforts such as the Repeat Boutique, Holiday Coffees, annual benefits, luncheons, and sales of their cookbooks. The Clifford Jones Family Papers (1900-2005) consist of awards for community service, newspaper clippings, correspondence sent to family members by Cliff Jones when he was in the military, and photograph albums of the Jones family. Clifford Jones was the 20th Lieutenant Governor for Nevada from 1947 to 1954.

The Tony Wuehle Collection documents the activities of freelance writer, college president, and poker expert Edwin "Tony" Wuehle of Michigan and Las Vegas, Nevada, between the years of 1950 to 2007. The collection consists of copies of Wuehle's regular columns, newsletters, and special articles as they were published in various journals and newspapers, especially those related to poker, the International Home and Private Poker Player's Association (IH3PA), education administration, and religious concerns.

The Southern Nevada Community Concerts Association (SNCCA) Records (1939-2004) document the activities of the SNCCA and consist of meeting minutes, financial records, correspondence, promotional papers, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, and recordings of select concerts on VHS, Betamax, and an optical disc. The SNCCA worked to bring various singers, orchestras, and ballets to the communities of Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.

The Nevada Mining Collection is comprised of records that document mining and mines in Nevada from 1842 to 1966. The majority of the collection includes records of various mines and mining companies located in the Esmeralda, Lincoln, Clark, White Pine, and Nye counties, dating from 1900 to 1928. The collection includes financial, administrative, and business related records; photographs of miners, mining camps, and towns; correspondence; maps; newspaper clippings, pamphlets, newsletters, and booklets.

The Marzette Lewis Papers (1970-2011) reflect Lewis' extensive history of activism in the Las Vegas, Nevada community regarding the education standards of the Clark County School District (CCSD), and her work to fight discrimination within the district. The bulk of material dates from 1988 to 2009. It contains correspondence, Clark County School District (CCSD) zoning information, CCSD agendas, information on Lewis' two organizations, Westside Action Alliance Korps (W.A.A.K- U.P.) and Concerned Citizens, and video and audio recordings.
