The Nevada Federation of Women's Clubs (NFWC) Records date from 1907 until 1999 and document the administration, activities, and publications of the NFWC. During the twentieth century, the NFWC included member clubs from throughout the state of Nevada including the Mesquite Club in Las Vegas, the Reno Women's Civic Club, and the Lamoille Women's Club. The collection includes meeting minutes and agendas, correspondence, publications, reports, and newspaper clippings.

The National League of American Pen Women Las Vegas (Nevada) Branch Records contain eight scrapbooks documenting the club’s activities between 1950 and 1990. The National League of American Pen Women (NLAPW) brings women interested in the arts together for professional development, networking, and social activities. In 1951, Lucile Spire Bruner led efforts for the founding of the Las Vegas branch. The scrapbooks include meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and photographs.

Oral history interview with Ethlyn Barneby conducted by Claytee White on October 16, 2002 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. During this interview Barneby discusses her experiences as a resident of Boulder City, Nevada during the 1940s. Barneby also discusses life with her husband, a member of the National Guard, and her husband’s employment as an operator for the City of Los Angeles, California during the construction of the Hoover Dam. She also describes their experiences moving back and forth between Boulder City and Los Angeles as well as the growth of Boulder City in relation to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with John Cahlan conducted by Lester Wisbrod on February 18, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Cahlan discusses his experiences in journalism, including his work as an editor for the Review Journal. He provides details on some of the major events covered by the newspaper and his work in establishing Nellis Air Force Base. Cahlan also describes some of the social changes over time, including the growth of air travel for tourism and gambling.

In his interview, John Cahlan discusses the beginnings of Las Vegas, Nevada, including the role of the Union Pacific Railroad and its need for water. Cahlan also discusses the changes in Las Vegas over time, including the evolution of the Western Air Express station to Nellis Air Force Base, as well as his concerns for the future of Las Vegas.

The John Hamilton Collection on Keno Pay Charts (1958-1991) contains keno slips, pay out charts, and odds calculation sheets from 168 casinos in Nevada. There is also a small amount of other materials such as napkins and placemats.
