View of Main Street in downtown Beatty, Nevada. The building at the far left is Remick's Garage. Behind it, are the general store and gasoline station owned by "Mom" and H. H. "Pop" Richings. The building at the far right is the Exchange Block. Inscription on front of photograph reads: " Beatty, Nevada. Frashers Foto - Pomona."

The view is looking west from Railroad Avenue. In front of the buildings is a group of unidentified men with two children and a dog. The First State Bank of Las Vegas was the second bank in the Las Vegas valley, located on Lot 9, Block 2 within the McWilliams' Original Las Vegas Townsite. The bank building was located on a lot owned by Walter Bracken. The lot the Post Office was located on, Lot 10, Block 2, was owned by Helen Stewart.
