Caroline is Emma's sister (Caroline Agnes (Schaefle) Heaton), and was prominent in Las Vegas real estate market in 1930s-40s. Caroline established the first Las Vegas radio station KGIX in 1928 in the "country" at the current location of 9th and Mesquite Streets.
