All of the women are wearing a pin on their blouses, (their left side). Inscription with photo reads: "The Social Directors of the City and Resort Hotels of the West. A hotel club group who stimulated business for all making reservations from place to place for them, as well as doing social work for guests in resorts, etc. Mrs. Coffman (Palm Springs), Mrs. Curry (Yosemite), Mrs. Hull (all Hull chain incl.
