Oral history interview with Harry Sax conducted by Barbara Tabach on April 08, 2015 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Sax discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1968 to open the Arby franchise system with two stores, growing to sixteen stores. Sax also talks about how he became connected with the Jewish community, becoming the president of Congregation Ner Tamid during 2007-2009, and being board member of the Anti-Defamation League.

Oral history interview with Arthur Marshall conducted by Claytee D. White on February 11, 2014 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview Arthur Marshall discusses meeting his wife Jayn, moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, and running a clothing store with his brother-in-law. He also discusses serving as President of Temple Beth Sholom, being instrumental in the formation of the Anti-Defamation League, being a member of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, and spending twelve years on the Nevada Gaming Commission.

He is also a banker, a member of the Nevada Gaming Commission, is active in the Anti-Defamation League and the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas, is an art collector, and is a philanthopist, especially for Jewish faith-based causes and for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
