Schur, A. J., 1883-1957
Abraham "A.J." Schur was the first president (1943-1945) of Temple Beth Sholom in Las Vegas, Nevada. A lawyer, Schur moved his family to Las Vegas around 1930 and helped to establish the city's Jewish community. His sister was Las Vegas businesswoman Kitty Wiener.

Jeffrey P. Zucker is an attorney and the director of Fennemore Craig Attorneys in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Yale University. He served as president of the Temple Beth Sholom in Las Vegas from 2002 to 2005.

Throughout this interview, Blaine shares stories of his father, Alvin Benedict. Al owned and operated Benedict and Remy Plumbing Business for a few years before entering into casino management. He is considered to be the first college educated executive and had an illustrious executive career at the MGM. He also was a co-founder with Susan and Irwin Molasky of Nathan Adelson Hospice.

During this interview, Natalie shares stories of operating the bus station, a brief ownership of Commercial Deli (1987-1990), and her long career working collections for the casino industry. Her first position was at the Tropicana Hotel and has worked for MGM Properties, a loyal employee at the Mirage since 1990, starting a few weeks after the casino opened.
