The UNLV Libraries Collection of American Advertising Federation: ADDY Award Submissions Collection is compromised of Las Vegas, Nevada ADDY award submissions dating from approximately 1980 to 1999. The collection contains submissions by many artists to the ADDYS competition.
Archival Collection
The Geneva Stark Merwin Photograph Collection features photographic prints and negatives of locations throughout Pahrump, Nevada between 1941 and 1942. Primary locations include a Pahrump school and Pahrump Ranch, as well as locations in local fields and mountains. The photographs capture candid scenes of people walking to school and feeding animals.

The Dr. Howard Zellhoefer Collection of Artwork contains three paintings collected by Dr. Howard William Zellhoefer. Two paintings are by K. Nakamine of landscapes in Okinawa, Japan from 1949, and the third painting is a 1962 Ferdinand Burgdorffof a desert landscape, possibly Mojave Desert, California.

The Paul May Photograph Collection (1969) consists of black-and-white and color photographic prints. The images primarily depict Nevada Assemblyman Paul May alongside Nevadan senators and congressmen, including Senator Paul Laxalt. Other images are portraits of May.

Oral history interview with Joseph Thiriot conducted by Patrick Carlton on April 19, 2007 and May 11, 2007 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, Thiriot discusses his early life in Provo, Utah and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. He describes growing up on a ranch, attending Brigham Young University (BYU), and the University of Utah (UoU) during the 1930s. Lastly, Thiriot talks about the importance of education and becoming a teacher.

Mirtha Rojas is originally from La Habana, Cuba and came to the United States to join his brother that had lived in Miami since Mirtha was a child. Mirtha describes her childhood as many happy moments where she learned and enjoyed musical instruments from a young age, and became a music teacher in Cuba as well. Mirtha states after her parents had died, she faced some difficult times and her brother invited her to come to Miami where she arrived in 2009 along with her nine year old daughter.

Mark Fine was born February 10, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio, and was raised with a strong Jewish identity. When Fine was in fourth grade, his parents moved the family to Shaker Heights, and again moved to Arizona during his senior of high school. Upon graduation, Fine enrolled at the University of Arizona and became a member of the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity. He graduated in 1964 with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate.
