The records are comprised of subject files and reports from approximately the 1990s to the 2000s related to data gathering and lobbying activities of the Nevada Resort Association. Materials include drafts of legislation related to gaming, tax reports, health and safety regulations, labor and employment matters, and zoning issues.

The Frank E. Partridge Photographs (1940-1957) depict the Partridge family members and their lives in Southern Nevada. The collection consists of 32 images. The images depict historic Las Vegas locations, the annual Helldorado parade, and the Lazy 88 Ranch in Pahrump, Nevada.

The Lorraine Thomas-Perry Papers (1910-1936) contain the personal papers of Lorraine Thomas and her family, who were early residents of Beatty, Nevada. Collection materials include report cards, graduation certificates, correspondence, and short stories and poems written by family members. The majority of collection are photocopies. The collection also contains one original program for the opening banquet and ball for Hotel Fayle in Goodsprings, Nevada on May 13, 1916.
