Jean Carver Duhme is pictured on the left and Gerald Carver is to her right standing behind the bar. Others are not identified. The bar top, made of Solid mahogany, was originally in the old hotel located in Round Mountain, Nevada.

One of the first pictures taken at Carver’s Station, Smoky Valley, Nevada, when it was originally known as Carver’s Rainbow Ranch Bar and Café. Driver of the Las Vegas-Tonopah-Reno Stage Line, which traveled through Tonopah to Winnemucca every other day, is pictured with Dick and Gary Carver.

Death Valley Junction in Nevada with a mushroom cloud resulting from open air atomic testing at the nearby Nevada Test Site rising in the background, probably 1951. The railroad station in the background was moved to Lathrop Wells, where it was used as a brothel. Prior to being moved, the station served as a schoolhouse.
