The Ardis Kearns Papers (1807-1995) contain correspondence, planning and zoning ordinances, committee reports, newspaper clippings, newsletters, and publications documenting her various social and political activities. The materials date primarily between 1960 and 1983, with some papers dating to the 1920s and two publications dating to 1807 and 1808.

The Sonny Schwartz Recordings and Papers (1928-1998) documents the career of New Jersey journalist and radio personality Sonny Schwartz. Materials include cassette tapes of Schwartz's radio program, Dateline Atlantic City, and his interviews with musicians, comedians, and other entertainers. The collection also contains an assortment of radio programming featuring performers like Frank Sinatra and Bill Cosby. Also included are Schwartz's columns from the Press of Atlantic City, a autobiographical narrative written by baseball player Johnny Bench, and photographs of Schwartz with interviewees and family.

The Las Vegas Professional Sports Teams Collection (1988-2008) consists of brochures, ephemera, and programs from various Las Vegas, Nevada sports teams. Teams include the Coyotes, Dustdevils, Flash, Thunder, Silver Streaks, and Wranglers. The sports include basketball, ice hockey, inline hockey and indoor soccer.

The Las Vegas Rotary Club Records (1981-2022) contain award certificates, club directories and rosters, Las Vegas Rotary publications, commemorative material including a 20-foot by 34-foot velvet curtain. The collection also contains plastic and metal Rotary Club signs from across the United States and international locations, material from a Rotary Club in Africa, and a digital video segment made in 2013 about the history of the Las Vegas Rotary.
