Alma Hinds oral history interview
Oral history interview with Alma Hinds conducted by Kyle Baluyut in November 2021 for the Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In this interview, Hinds recalls her journey to the United States after marrying a U.S. naval officer stationed in the Philippines. Davis Collection of Aerial Photographs (approximately 1990-1999) contains seven black-and-white photographic prints and one black-and-white photographic negative of aerial views of Las Vegas, Nevada. These photographs are reproductions of originals obtained by David A. Davis from the Nevada Department of Transportation, the United States Geological Survey, and Landiscor Real Estate Mapping.

Willis Evans oral history interview
Oral history interview with Willis Evans conducted by Kathleen Morgan La Spina on December 02, 1986 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Evans discusses arriving and living in Las Vegas, Nevada. Evans also discusses being involved in the civic organization, District Attorney Youth Advisory Group. Rocha, Fernando, 1994-
Coming from Durango and Tijuana, Mexico, Fernando Rocha’s parents met in Los Angeles in the mid-90s. Working in the sheet metal industry, his father’s career would take them to Las Vegas during the boom of the early 2000s to the slot machine industry where they would establish their family in Sunrise Manor. Little did he know that his son would later become a corporate banker working alongside the same industry with Wells Fargo.
