Oral history interview with Harold Minsky conducted by an unidentified interviewer on August 15, 1973 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, Minsky discusses his upbringing, education, and early work history in the entertainment business. He talks about his desire to join the family business despite his father's encouragement to study law. He speaks at length about how his father, Abe, and his three uncles started their burlesque business in a building owned by his grandfather. He explains what caused the split between his father and uncles and explains that the only bad advice his father gave him was to stay in New York City, New York. He also discusses his take-over of the business and many of the dancers that worked in burlesque.

Oral history interview with Jack Cherry conducted by Cheryl Mawhinney on March 20, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Jack Cherry, M.D. (b. 1897 in Little Rock, Arkansas) discusses about his experiences as a practicing physician in Southern Nevada. Dr. Cherry first discusses the steps he took to initiate the building of what would become the Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital, where he would later become the hospital administrator. The interview concludes with Cherry’s opinion on the modern practice of medicine.

In this interview, McDonald describes life in Las Vegas, Nevada after moving there in 1956, as well as the city's layout. McDonald also passionately describes the complexities, perks, and pitfalls she faced while working as a card dealer in various casinos.

Oral history interview with Sonny Richardson conducted by an unknown interviewer on January 23, 2007 for the History of Blue Diamond Village in Nevada Oral History Project. Richardson opens his interview by discussing moving to Blue Diamond, Nevada in the 1940s to work at the Blue Diamond gypsum processing plant. He recalls returning to Blue Diamond after World War II and moving back and forth from Las Vegas, Nevada to Blue Diamond throughout the years. He recalls the families that lived in Blue Diamond, the layout of the town, and the recreation activities in the area. Richardson describes life in Blue Diamond in the late 1940s and 1950s, his friends in town, and his family. Richardson explains how the Blue Diamond mining area was built over time and what is was like to be a part of the first construction team to build the processing plant. Lastly, Richardson discuses how the Blue Diamond village has changed overtime.
