Oral history interview with Emily McKinley conducted by Glorialyn Gutierrez on March 01, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. McKinley begins by speaking about her childhood, her siblings and her extended family. McKinley gives a variety of anecdotes about being raised in Las Vegas, her family’s economic hardships and the house she grew up in. Oral history interview with Woodrow Long conducted by Ana Humphrey on October 05, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In the interview, Long discusses his early life in Panaca, Nevada, his mining job in Pioche, Nevada during the 1930s and 1940s, as well as his eventual move to Las Vegas, Nevada in the 1940s. Long also discusses building Boulder (Hoover) Dam power lines and constructing Las Vegas housing. Long also briefly discusses his education at the University of Nevada, Reno, his family, and his experiences with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Oral history interview with Dale Anderson conducted by Patrick Carlton on July 12, 2002 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Anderson reflects upon his upbringing and educational background that preceded his teaching career. He discusses how he was hired to teach at Washington State University in 1966, and later the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 1984. He discusses his employment within the universities, and various administrative positions that he held, including department chair and dean. He also describes his working relationship with other individuals, and challenges that he faced as an administrator.

Oral history interview with Evelyn Conerly conducted by Claytee D. White on March 11, 2019 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Conerly discusses her early life in Tallulah, Louisiana and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1970. She remembers the Helldorado parade, participating in a letter exchange program, and school integration. Lastly, Conerly talks about her involvement with Les Femmes Douze, and her career in banking.

Oral history interview with Bill Hornbuckle conducted by Claytee D. White on December 03, 2019 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Hornbuckle discusses his early life Connecticut and arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1977. He talks about his initial interest in the hospitality industry, organizing venues, and becoming Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International. Lastly, Hornbuckle describes the growth and future of the Las Vegas Strip.

Oral history interview with Arthur Marshall conducted by Barbara Tabach on April 18, 2018 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In this interview, Marshall discusses his early life in Ohio and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1959. He talks about his Jewish heritage, the growth of the Jewish community in Las Vegas, and his role as a Jewish leader. Lastly, Marshall remembers the formation of the apparel store Marshall Rousseau, and working with local banks.

Oral history interview with Judith Hickman conducted by Shirley Emerson on July 16, 2014 for the West Charleston Neighborhoods: an Oral History Project of Ward 1. In this interview, Hickman discusses her early life and arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1956. She recalls integration, civil rights for African Americans, and the growth of the city. Hickman talks about her experience living in the West Charleston area, and African Americans deciding to move to other parts of Las Vegas.
