Oral history interview with Fran Courtney conducted by Gayle Allen on June 1, 1995 for the KDWN Radio Lifelines Oral History Interviews for Nursing. In this interview, Courtney discusses her career as a nurse in Las Vegas, Nevada. She explains the responsibilities she has as the Director of Clinics and Nursing Services of the Clark County Health District. In addition, she also mentions that she is a part of the Nevada Nurses Association. Lastly, Courtney speaks about the different types of nursing practices that are present in Las Vegas, such as the home health practice.

Charles Chesnutt interviews Barbara Barnett (b. 1936) at Chesnutt’s home. The two discuss Barnett’s experiences as a nurse in different units within several of early hospitals in Las Vegas, with specific focus on how patients were cared for and how the profession has evolved. Barnett also briefly talks about her time at the Hacienda and what it was like working in a casino. The two also discuss how the city has grown, specifically on social changes, climate change regarding the increase in humidity, and the casino additions to the Strip and Downtown areas.

Oral history interview with Miguel Villarba conducted by David Islas on December 6, 2021 for Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In this interview, Miguel Villarba shares his family's history growing up in Manila, Philippines and immigrating to the United States in 2016. He talks about first living in Chattanooga, Tennessee before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada to be near family when Miguel was in high school. Miguel Villarba shares stories of his grandfather's farm in Pangasinan, Philippines, the differences in city and town life across Manila, Chattanooga, and Las Vegas, and his educational plans. He also talks about Filipino culture and traditions, and racial discrimination.

Oral history interview with Suzanne Dalitz conducted by David Schwartz on December 17, 2014 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In this interview, Suzanne Dalitz discusses growing up with her father, Morris Dalitz, and how she maintained their relationship by visiting him in Las Vegas, Nevada after her parents separated. Dalitz mentions that her father kept his family completely separate from his life in organized crime. She discusses her establishment of the Angelica Foundation as well as her involvement with the Mob Museum to curate a story of Morris Dalitz and his history with Las Vegas. Dalitz finishes the interview with a discussion of her relationship with her father and her general experience living in Las Vegas.
