The University of Nevada, Las Vegas University Libraries Records include reports, subject files, administrative files, communication, and planning records from the James R. Dickinson Library and Lied Library from 1959 to 2025.
Archival Collection
The Jane Ham Legislative Papers (1980-1981) document the legislative activities of Nevada Republican Assemblywoman Jane Ham during the 1981 legislative session. The collection consists of Legislative Bureau correspondence, memos, pamphlets, and draft legislative bills. Also included are reports, studies, and informal polls from private individuals and lobby groups expressing response to pending legislation.

The John Irsfeld Professional Papers [UNPROCESSED] (approximately 1970-2010) consist of materials documenting the career of novelist and former English professor John H. Irsfeld. The papers include published and unpublished creative works, correspondence, and research files pertaining to Irsfeld’s literary career, as well as teaching materials and correspondence from his time as an English professor and administrator at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

The Robert E. Robinson Legislative Papers are comprised of materials relating to Robert Robinson’s career in the Nevada State Legislature as an assemblyman and senator from 1970 to 1986. The papers include correspondence, assembly bill research, bill proposals, roll calls, and materials from assembly committee meetings. The collection also contains Robinson’s campaign materials, including financial disclosures, press releases, advertisements, and correspondence with voters.

The Tony Wuehle Collection documents the activities of freelance writer, college president, and poker expert Edwin "Tony" Wuehle of Michigan and Las Vegas, Nevada, between the years of 1950 to 2007. The collection consists of copies of Wuehle's regular columns, newsletters, and special articles as they were published in various journals and newspapers, especially those related to poker, the International Home and Private Poker Player's Association (IH3PA), education administration, and religious concerns.

The Max DiJulio Music Scores (1950-1993) are comprised of handwritten and printed musical scores by composer Massimo "Max" DiJulio. Max Dijulio composed and arranged musical scores and conducted many concerts throughout the United States, and was particularly active in Denver, Colorado. In addition to the original scores and sheet music, there are also musical composition books with DiJulio's handwritten notes.

The Johnnie Ray Music Scores contain hand-written musical scores from the musician Johnnie Ray that were created between 1958 and 1991. Johnnie Ray was a singer, songwriter, and pianist. He was most notable for the songs "Cry" and "The Little White Cloud That Cried."

The Anna Dean Kepper Papers (1903-1924, 1965-1983) contain records, correspondence, photographic slides, research notes, newspaper clippings, and audiovisual tapes, as well as Kepper's research notes, drafts, and transcribed oral history interviews that she used for her thesis on the Fusileers in Ostego County, New York. She was the Curator of the Special Collections and Archives Department in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Library from 1973 to 1983.

The George Stewart Personal Papers (1914-2014) are comprised of military records and personal papers of George Stewart, a fifty-year Las Vegas, Nevada resident. The collection includes information about the Clark County Republican Party, Stewart's service in the United States Army Air Corps, and documents and photographs from Stewart's childhood in the Boy Scouts of America during the 1930s and 1940s. The collection also contains a personal scrapbook containing photographs, fliers, and memorabilia from his early education and military training. Stewart also collected menus and keychains from local Las Vegas, Nevada country clubs and casinos.

The Holocaust Survivors Group of Southern Nevada records (1965, 1972, 1999-2016) mainly consist of organizational records created by the board of directors and officers of the group, stories about the experiences of local Holocaust survivors, and ephemera related to the Holocaust Survivors Group and the local Jewish community. Organization records include meeting minutes, correspondence, by-laws, and a list of officers. Materials also include a video recording of a 2006 Yom Hashoah memorial service to remember the Holocaust at Temple Beth Sholom and the Spring 2016 issue of
