Collection is comprised of records (approximately 1979 to 2016) created by the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys (SNAWA). The collection contains administrative files from past SNAWA board members including past SNAWA presidents, secretaries, and treasures. The collection also includes records such as attendee lists, registration forms, and seminar evaluation forms from continuing legal education (CLE) events organized by SNAWA for attorneys in Southern Nevada.

The Jack Leavitt Collection on Las Vegas Lands and Real Estate (1968-1981) contains real estate property indexes for Clark County, Nevada, as well as an aerial survey of the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. The thirty-one indexes include alphabetical lists of home owners, their addresses, and maps of urban and private land parcels focusing on the cities of Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada.

The Harry Hayden Whiteley Photograph Collection (approximately 1940-1967) contains photographic prints and one photographic negative depicting buildings, people, and project locations associated with the Las Vegas, Nevada architect Harry Hayden Whiteley. There is also one album containing photographs of contemporary churches compiled by Whiteley between 1953 to 1958.

The Alice Brown Photograph Collection (approximately 1920-1950) consists of black-and-white and color postcards and photographic prints, with some corresponding negatives and slides. Frasher's Fotos, a Pomona, California business, printed the majority of the postcards that illustrate locations in and around Rhyolite, Nevada and Death Valley, California.

The Nancy Wier Papers on Rock Art in Southern Nevada (approximately 1930-2003) contain photographs, notes, research, and publications focused on rock art (rock writing) found in the Southern Nevada Region. Wier founded the Southern Nevada Rock Art Enthusiasts (SNRAE) in 1992, and the photograph albums document trips across Nevada, Southern California, Utah, and Arizona. The photograph albums are grouped by site location, and the description was taken directly from Wier's albums. The majority of the collection documents rock writings in Southern Nevada.

The Central Credit, Inc. Records (1956-1987) contain meeting minutes, employee records, business ledgers, newspaper clippings, membership applications, photographs, and reports. Also included are incorporation papers, a Code of Ethics, Credit Law, Tod Early's personal calendars/diaries, and audiovisual materials. Central Credit, Inc. had branches in Reno, Las Vegas, and Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and also in London.

The Edmund P. Warren Papers (1940-2005) consist of Warren’s personal collection of travel documentation, newspaper clippings, promotional materials from casinos and shows, and dining ephemera primarily from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Patrick “Pat” Anthony McCarran (1876-1954) was a United States senator who was significant in Nevada’s politics for more than fifty years. He was a supporter of the aviation industry as well, lobbying for the construction of the Nellis Air Force Base. McCarran was one of the few Democrats who opposed President Franklin D. Roosevelt and was also known to be a passionate anti-Communist.
