In 2015 she directed and produced the film Semicolon; The Adventures of Ostomy Girl, a documentary about Dana Marshall-Bernstein, a young Las Vegas woman living with Crohn's disease. In the 1970s and early 1980s Greenspun worked as an assistant director for Trans American Video and other production companies before starting her advertising and public relations firm.
