Smith, William (Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity)

William Smith served as an officer of the local chapter’s Scroller Club, was a member of the Las Vegas Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and was named Equal Opportunity Director for Del Webb Hotels in 1971.
