(b) The Subdivider shall furnish to the Company a detailed statement of the actual cost thereof, b ill-o f-sa le therefor, and easements ten (10) feet in width where said water mains have been laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys. y/W/50 (c) Upon receipt of said detailed statement of cost of constructing said water mains, b ill-o f -sale'and necessary easement for said water mains, the Company agrees to pay to the Subdivider at monthly inter­vals f if t y percent (50$) of the monthly revenue received by i t from customers in the north half of Block 6 and Blocks 7 add 8 taking water from said water mains so installed hereunder for a period of ten (10) years from date of completion of said water mains, or -until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the water mains constructed pursuant to Section 1 of Article I of said agreement dated October 20th, 19^8, and this Section 2, whichever occurs fir st; provided, however, that the total of such refunds shall in no event exceed the sum of Twenty-six Thousand One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($26,100.00). Section 3. I t is mutually agreed that: (a) The estimated cost to the Subdivider of constructing additional water mains to serve Unit Not;^,, consisting of 6*m cast iron water mains in location as indicated by dash yellow line on said Exhibit "A", more particularly described, as follows: . Commencing at a connection with the 6” water main in Burnham Avenue at Peyton Drive, constructed pursuant to Section 1 of Article I of said agreement dated October 20th, 19^8; thence southerly a distance of 325 feet, more or less, to Houston Drive; thence easterly in Houston Drive a distance of 1,300 feet, more or less, to Eastern Avenue; thence northerly in Eastern.Avenue a distance of 325 feet, more or less, to a connection with the 6” water mains referred to in Section 2 hereof at Peyton Drive, in the sum of Six Thousand One Hundred Ninety and No/100 Dollars ($6,190.00). . ilS» (b) Upon completion by the Subdivider of the additional water mains to serve Unit No. 3,/ »s hereinabove in this section provided, the Subdivider shall furnish to the Company a detailed statement' of the cost thereof, b ill-o f-sa le >. therefor, and easement ten (10) feet in width, where such additional water mains are laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys. \ / . \/>/? 9* - 2 - •g.
