Water Company's Original Awgjt; ”N"L.D. 2782 5 V E G iN 0 W A T E R G O * iw /| o v ? trk.& of JJIIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the / ^ day __ , 1954, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company," Party of the First Part, and MICHELE TERLIZZI, an individual, whose address is 402 Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in developing a portion of Block 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 6" cast iron water main on the east side of 19th Street at a point approximately on center line of alley between Bonanza Road and Linden Avenue, thence westerly across 19th Street a distance of approximately 50‘, thence westerly in alley between Bonanza Road and Linden Avenue approximately on center line thereof a distance of approximately 425*, point of ending. WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extension in accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Com­mission of the State of Nevada; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $3,135.00; - 1 -
