V Grantee, its supcessors or assigns, shall cease to use the said land as a site for said pumping station. Within ninety (90) days after the title to said land shall revert to the Gpantor, its suc­cessors or assigns, upon the happening of said condition subsequent, the Grantee, at its sole expense* shall remove said pumping station from the said land and restore the surface of the ground substan­tially to the condition existing prior to the construction of said pumping station thereon by the Grantee.
