m CONSIDERATION l6. In consideration of the mutual promises made, the obligations undertaken by and the benefits to be derived by the parties hereto, and for the charges and subject to all the terns and provisions as herein set forth, BMI agrees that it will operate and maintain the Water Faci­lities and deliver water therefrom to the point of delivery for and on behalf of the Water District, and said Water District agrees that it will receive delivery of said water. DELIVERY OF WATER 17. For the charges and upon all the terms and conditions of this agreement, BMI, for and on behalf of the Water District, shall from waters stored in Lake Mead de­liver water, by and through said Water Facilities (including any replacements or additions thereto made by any of the parties to this agreement) and discharge the same into the water system of the Water District at the delivery point or points hereafter described. Unless the provision or context otherwise requires, the words "deliver" or "delivery" as used herein shall be constimed as including all services necessary for and the diversion, transmission and discharge of water Into the water system of the Water District, as herein provided. 7 .
