Mr* Case, as part of your duties, is it your Job to ascertain if a sufficient water pressure is maintained through­out the City to enable you to put out any firea that night occur? A, Tes, sir. Q* And in carrying out your duties, do you make studies of the Board of Underwriters* required pressures? A* Tea, sir. Q. Have you carried cm such a study in the City of Las Vegas? A. The last one was in April of 19**9. Q, And do you have a report from that study from which you can testify as to the required pressures and the pressures that were available on that day? A. Tes, sir. Q, fill you state the pressures that were required and the pressures that were available, from your report? A. We took these flow tests about 5*00 o’clock in the morn­ing on April 13th—I think it was a Sunday but I’m net right sure. On First Street, between Ogden and Fremont, the Under-
