Company to own said water main; 4. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill of Sale and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard in executing Assignment C.L.D. No. 11263-1, dated June 24, 1953, whereby effective as of June 1, 1953, Agreement Audit No. 10670, dated March 17, 1953, and expiring February 19, 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Marco B. Restovich, doing business as "Seafood Dinner House", covering site for restaurant or cafe and cocktail lounge on Ocean Boulevard and Lime Ave., Long Beach, California , is assigned by Lessee to Peter G. Stathis, Andrew Bratsalis, and Peter Stathis, co-partners, doing business as "The Sea Food Grotto"; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N" L.D.
