Company to refund to Subdivider, at quarterly intervals, 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from consumers taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said install­ation or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said line (exclusive of cost of installing fire hydrant connections), which­ever occurs first; 3.
