LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY F M C Corporation 2-1587 The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A. F. E, No. 3, Work Order 39, issued June 20, 1967 to cover cost of constructing 925 ft. of 12" sewer pipe line including four manholes east of Turnbull Canyon Road, City of Industry, California, required to provide sewer service to F M C Corporation and future industrial property at this location. Construction of this sewer line was assented to by UPRRCo. Executive Committee June 20, 1967. Total estimated expenditure $16,290.00 Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Improvements, City of Industry, California $16,290.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of the President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Request is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
