Bracken Affidavit By Affidavit dated January 18, 1938 "That at least11 $7,185 has been expended in-- the completion of said works and at the expense of applicant and at the expense of UPRR Co for use and benefit of applicant. Improvements consisted of: ’’Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 802 feet, and installing therein 734 feet of 12 inch No. 8 gauge hard red steel casing, with 12 inch flanged gate valve.
