LS Deed Audit No. 5951» dated April 26, 1963. Credit Account - Land and Public Improvements - City of Industry, California - Sold, 1100,109.00; Chargeable Sale Price, 1130,255.00; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, 130,1^6.00; and Estimated Cost of Removal of Property Retired Chargeable to Pfofit on Bales of Real Estate, $603.00. Whereupon on motion duly seconded. It was EE&OLVSD, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. f. E. Request; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
