V 1 It is estimated that the following conductor pipe, ? 2 !starter, shoe, and casing will be needed in order that the 3 Contractor may carry out and fulfill his part of the Contract to- 4 wit: 5 Approximately 50’ of 20" 3/l6"Wall Conductor pipe 6 One 16" starter fabricated as follows; 7 20’ of 16" $S gauge 3-*piy 8 4 ’ of 16" #8 gauge 2-ply 9 16 x 16 x 1 Eorged bit steel shoe 10 Enough 16" j^8 gauge water well casing to complete the contract 11 Each outside joint shall have punched 12 twelve 3/8" x 1|" holes for purpose of field welding 13 It is agreed that the Contractor will electric 14 spot weld all casing as it is installed. 15 The foregoing casing shall be fuxmished and delivered 16 on the ground as required by the Contractor. 17 • The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, machin 18 ery and equipment necessary for drilling and perforating said well. 19 The Contractor agrees to carry Employer’s Liability 20 Insurance and does hereby promise to save harmless the Owner from 21 22 any Employer’s Liability and from any and all liens for material 23 and labor supplied by the Contractor. 24 The Owner agrees to supply the Contractor free of 25 charge at the well location with such amount of water as may be 26 required from time to time for use in connection with the drilling 27 operations. 28 The Contractor agrees to keep a record of the strata 29 passed through while drilling and to perforate casing at all water 30 bearing stratas as agreed between himself ana Owner. After well has been perforated, it shall be thoroughly sandpumped by the xo Contractor. - 2 -
