This permit covered the transfer of 1.4 c.f.s. of water from the old shop well to a new well in the shop grounds, being the new point of diversion* We are required to file Proof of Commencement of Work on or before September 16, 1955, and I will appre­ciate your filling out and executing the enclosed Proof and returning the same to me for filing prior to this date.
