[not legible] the undersigned hereby Locate and claims fifteen hundred (1500) feet in Length and six hundred (600) feet in width [not legible] this Ledge of mineral bearing Rock, such claim to be Known as the New Strike the same [not legible] described as follows commencing at this Notice and monument and extending Easterly five hundred (500) feet also extending westerly one thousand (1000) feet said claim is situated ½ mile westerly from the Silver Eagle and on the South Side of the Eagle [not legible] Road 500 feet there from
