Bear Sir: Referring to our recent correspondence in reference to house constructed for Frank Malone, and release given him through the Legal ^Department for his monthly payments on the same, it has just occurred to me that that release might he cancelled, in view cf the fact that Malone ie not personally occupying this house, but has for the past year or so been renting the tame for $25.00 a month, just the amount of rental he pays us. Would it not be better to have the tenant turn in this #25.00 monthly to us than to oarry the payments on our books until such time as Malone gets ready to pay it? Yours truly, Agent.
