Warnock, Barbara Ann Warnock, William Z. Bancroft, Mary P„ Bancroft, M 0 Robert Howard and Patricia Howard, recorded August 1, 1963* in Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed.
