Boar Madam,** I Leg to herewith enclose you a hill collectible,- which I have just received from the Auditor's office, for taxes for the year 1909, Lots 20 and 21, Block 28. These taxes were assessed against and paid "by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company for the last year, while those lots were sold to you under agreement. I would thank you to kindly send me a check for the amount of the hill, $2 ,8 8 , at your early convenieno©, so that I may close our accounts wi th this property. Yours truly| / Agent.
