QUITCLAIM DEED Commissioner Fountain moved the following Resolution of Acceptance be adopted for Charleston Quitclaim Deed to the City of Las Vegas from Charleston Heights; Inc. for the north Heights; Inc. one-half (N½) of Alta Drive 40' right-of-way from west line of Charleston Heights Tract #7 to the east line of the Red Rock Baptist Church: Resolution of Acceptance RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED Adopted On motion of Commissioner E. W. Fountain; duly seconded by Commissioner William H. Elwell; and carried unanimously; the following Resolution is adopted; and order made: BE IT RESOLVED; this 7th day of October, 1959; by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas; County of Clark; State of Nevada; that the deed; dated the 16th day of September, 1959, executed by Charleston Heights; Inc.; of Las Vegas; a Nevada Corporation to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark; State of Nevada; and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted; for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed; and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada; and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board.
