490 Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye: noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Commissioner Moore moved that the necessary notice be published calling for bids for Approach Outfall the construction of the Approach Outfall pipeline for the Sewage Treatment Plant, Unit No. 2 Unit No. 2, setting November 7, 1949 as the time for the opening of these bids. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin.
