ASSIGNMENT FO R VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, WAALE, CAMPLAN & TIBERTI, INC., hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to Bonanza Builders, Ltd, all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 2, Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the 16th day of December, 1 9 ^ 6 j identified as “N ML.D. 2127, and the undersigned hereby expressly authorizes and requests the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to make all payments required by said Section 2, Article II, of said Agreement to Bonanza Builders, Ltd. ment by Waale, Camplan & Tiberti, Inc. and Bonanza Builders, Ltd., and the revocation thereof as herein provided shall not be binding upon the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, until said Las Vegas Valley Water District is given written notice of such revocation.
