Dear Sirs: From conversation with Mr.Comstock this morning I learn that it is the intention to erect a rooming-house for employes on lots 14, 15 and 16, in Block 5. These lots should, therefore, he markt "reserved" and prices thereon canceled on the schedule sent you with my letter of March thirty-first. Block and facing Main Street, Be also reserved, so that in case the company should want any more lots for any other purpose on Main Street they would have them. Referring to price shown on the schedule for lot 24, in Block 5: Please change this to $300.00 instead of $250.00. Also change prices for 5 and 7 in Block 12 to $300.00 each instead of $250.00 each.
