Description of work which was commenced December 22, 1952 and completed March 2, 1953 is as follows* Construction of 3187 LF of 6H oast iron water main and 85 LF of 6H oast iron pipe connections to serve four fire hydrants. Attached is detail of charges amounting to #10,356.88 chargeable to Investment of which #463.26 is a Donation. The total coat to the Subdivider, including 10^ for overhead and supervision, is 111,392.57 of which #10,882.98 is subject to refund, pursuant to Contract Audit No. 10653* This leaves a balance of #1047*43 of the Subdivider's deposit to be returned for which Form I83 is attached.
