Took socket o f f o f drive-down spear, b u i l t up adapter jo in t from 3 -4 -7 p in to s o lid rod th read, f i l l e d in around w e ll and made new top f o r s l i p h o ld e r. Put d riv e r in w e ll, drove and pushed at same tim e. Pipe d id not move. Reset main s i l l and made up d r i l l i n g t o o ls Hole cavin g, went to Burbank a f t e r under-reamer Took lo a d to Las Vegas; ran reamer 3 h rs . Ran reamer 4 h rs .
