"UU" and "M" on said Exhibit "A" and the removal of said existing 16-inch pipe line shown by red line between points marked "K" and "M" on said Exhibit "A" (which are estimated to cost $75*QOO„OQ) shall be subject to all the provisions of Section 5 of said agreement dated June 1, 1953* as said Section 5 is herein amended and shall constitute a part of the work required to be performed by the District under the provisions of said Sec­tion 5o Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5 of said a-greement dated June 1, 1953* no payment shall be made to the Dis­trict or its contractors from said Relocation Fund which will re­duce the balance in the possession of the Escrow Agent* the First National Bank of Nevada* below the sum of $75*000oQ0 until all of the work referred to in subparagraphs (a) to (1 )* inclusive* of said Section 5 and in this agreement shall have been completed in accordance with the provisions of said agreement dated June 1* 1953* and this Supplemental Agreement., Section 3° Upon the completion of the removal of said existing 16-inch pipe line in location shown by red line between points marked "K" and "M" on Exhibit "A" the District shall re­convey to the Railroad Companies by document substantially in the form of the Reconveyance of Easement hereto attached* marked Ex­hibit "B" and made a part hereof* the easement for the construc­tion* maintenance* operation* repair and replacement of water pipe lines and appurtenances and appurtenant work granted by the Rail­road Companies to the District under* upon aitd along that certain strip of land designated as Easement Strip Four in the Grant of • ft * :'e''
