Upon receipt of this kindly advise Hr.McCartney when he has an engineering party in the vicinity of the Las Vegas Ranch and it is convenient for them to do so, instruct them to get in touch with Dr, J.X.7.’,Bracken, Manager of the ranch, and have them confirm the line dividing the Las "ft gas Ranch from the property of Mrs.Stewart, which is at present in dispute, fhie is a very small matter,and it will take hut a very short time to do this work, and I would he pleased to have you give instruc­tions accordingly.
