Commencing at the most westerly corner of Lot 1* Tract Ko, 7777* as per map recorded in Book 113* pages 13 and 14 of Maps* Records of Los Angeles County* California* thence, along the southwesterly line of said Lot 8. 18° 53* 35" £. 32.84 feet to the beginning of a curve concave northeasterly, tangent to the last mentioned course and having a radius of 333.0 feet; thence, southeasterly along said curve 141.67 feet; thence, tangent to said curve 8. 43° IS* 10* £• 1259.01 feet to the true point of beginning; thence W. 46° 43* 50" '11. 860.0 feet; said pipe line to be laid at least three (3) feet below the sur­face of the ground of said premises* and in accordance with certain other terms and conditions specified in the agreement* be, and the same is hereby* ratified* approved and confirmed. On motion duly made* seconded and carried, it was* by unanimous vote* RESOLVED! That the authority given and granted by resolu­tion adopted by the Board of Directors at its meeting* held on May 12th* 1325, reading in part as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED! That ell bank checks and voucher checks drawn by the Treasurer of this Company shall be signed in the following manner! *W. F. Truelsen, Treasurer** or *T. P. Shepherd for Treasurer* and countersigned by g* Calvin, C. H. Bloom or L. i. Reynolds" be* and the same is hereby* abrogated and annulled* and in lieu thereof, "BE IT RESOLVED! That all bank checks and voucher checks drawn by the Treasurer of this Company shall be signed in the following manner! *W. F.
